Replacement/ Refund policy by nexavitas
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products, you have an option of informing us within 07 days of the date of receipt of delivery. To initiate the return process, please email us at support@nexavitas.com along with your order number and reason for replacement/refund. If in case the ordered product is found ineligible for a refund, we will send the product back to you. nexavitas’s would have the complete right to decide whether the order can be returned or not, the customer shall not dispute the same and accept nexavitas’s final decision.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- There might be a manufacturing defect
- A wrong item delivered
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount if the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 7 days after receipt of the package. To get a refund or replacement, email us at support@nexavitas.com with your order number and the reason for the replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
Additional non-returnable items:
If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer the best possible alternatives, but in the end, the customer’s choice will be preferred.If the customer has already paid, a 100% refund will be processed if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.

Refund of Payment
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellation of order by User
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel our order, please write to our customer support team at support@nexavitas.com with your order-related details. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders Once Shipped Cannot Be Cancelled.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1569 Ave, New York, NY 10028, USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
